FreeScan Combo Series

Blue Laser & Infrared Light
An innovative combination of blue laser and infrared light ensures accurate results in various scenarios, improving both efficiency and quality.

Four 3D Scanning Modes to Cover All Types of Workpieces
- Multiple-line mode with 26 or 50 laser lines for overall scans
- Fine scanning mode with 7 parallel laser lines to acquire intricate details
- Deep hole scanning mode with 1 single laser line
- Infrared light mode for quick scans without markers

A Wise Choice for Metrology
The FreeScan Combo Series’ laser scanning modes can achieve industrial-grade accuracy of 0.02 mm*, making it ideal for metrology applications.
*Based on VDI/VDE 2634, sphere-spacing error is assessed with traceable length artifacts and markers by measuring these at different locations and orientations within the working volume, in the accuracy lab certified with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 under environmental conditions: temperature 20 ± 0.5°C; humidity 40 ~ 60% RH.

Fast Scan Speed
It’s multiple line mode projects up to 50 laser lines (FreeScan Combo + version) and scan at speeds of up to 3,600,000 points/sec
Powerful and Ergonomig
The FreeScan Combo Series boasts an ergonomic, compact, and lightweight design that makes 3D scanning convenient and easy.
The optimized camera angle makes it more suitable for working in narrow and complex environments, allowing for fast data capture in seams.

FreeScan Combo Series and Exmodel Pro Bundle

SHINING 3D, a global pioneer in the 3D digitization and scanning industry, is thrilled to announce the launch of EXModel. This software facilitates a seamless transition from 3D scanning to manufacturing, acting as a solid bridge for CAD modeling. It features a simple workflow and intuitive user interface, making reverse engineering a breeze.

EXModel is equipped with a comprehensive set of tools that can easily transform 3D scanning meshes into professional-grade CAD solid models. The software aims to extract all necessary elements from meshes for immediate use in CAD software, bridging the gap between 3D scanning and design.
EXModel performs excellently in streamlining workflows. It can seamlessly convert 3D scans into CAD, providing an intuitive and comprehensive reverse engineering solution. This means that meshes can be transformed into professional-grade CAD solid models in a few simple steps.
In addition, EXModel provides a variety of export options. Users can export in standard IGES or STEP file formats for seamless integration with other CAD/CAM software packages. These exports can also be used for 3D printing or CNC machining, significantly lowering the entry barrier and enhancing the overall value of the scanner and industry-standard software.
